Mandy trained as a Chartered Accountant with top media firm Lubbock Fine before taking up a role as Finance Director with Initial Film and TV. A short career break and 2 children later Mandy returned to work on a part time, consultancy basis for a number of top companies in the film and television industry including Tiger Aspect, Harbour Pictures, At It Productions, Remedy Productions, Blink Films and The Garden Productions. She joined the team at Red House at the beginning of 2011 and is responsible for the company finances as well as reporting up to the Zodiak Group
